“Working with DYSPLA has been an inspiring and genuinely formative experience, both creatively and professionally!

Supporting the development of neurodivergent-led projects like SurgeryScript and DYSPLA_motion has given me invaluable insight into how arts organisations can innovate, adapt, and build truly inclusive creative spaces. The collaborative, mission-driven environment fostered by Lennie and Kazimir has taught me how to approach creative production with care, flexibility, and precision, and how much impact thoughtful storytelling can have. I leave my placement with stronger communication skills, greater confidence in my creative instincts, and a real passion for continuing to work in inclusive and artist-centred organisations.

Every task is an opportunity to learn, to build real-world skills, and to be part of an organisation doing truly important and exciting work.”
